Item arrived on time. Not unpacked yet. As I managed to re-repair a puncture in the old wheel. Really wanted a solid wheel but your staff were unable to find one for me. Good purchase though, not expensive so not a lot wasted by sitting in the garage doing nothing!

Received the wrong Item which was quickly replaced by a duplicate wrong item. The problem was a fault in the admin system which received rapid attention resulting in the express delivery of the correct item and some tweeking of the system so that it doesn't happen again. Very prompt and positive action to ensure good customer relations. Not all mistakes are a disaster.

Ordered wheel but wrong size sent in error. Contacted customer services and correct wheel sent within 24 hrs. Great response and service with no arguments or problems. Excellent !
