The shape of the pan was distorted so that made lining up the fixing holes with the holes in the frame very difficult, and I had to buy new and longer bolts to be able to do this.
There was/is a problem in that the screws to fit the barrow to the base are not long enough. Perhaps the base is slightly distorted. all that is needed to fix this is two slightly longer screws of the length used for the back of the barrow. When I telephoned the staff were very polite and helpful and suggested that they send a new fastening pack which will solve the problem.

We are super happy with our lovely ( not so shiny & new!) wheelbarrow - it is excellent!
When assembled this is a tough barrow with good balance and rigidity. The build was quite straightforward but I wonder how many gardeners have a Torx T40 screwdriver bit in their potting sheds to attach the pan to the cross-member.
Seriously this is a nice piece of kit and should enjoy a long working life.
The barrow is ideal as a light use/garden barrow which is why we bought it. If you are a builder it would need to be a bit more substantial. Easy to put together, great service and quick delivery.
I managed to put the wheelbarrow together with very few problems, except that it was very hard to fit the screw in the middle of the wheelbarrow as the screw was almost too short for the job. However I have now been sent a replacement screw, and so I am very happy with wheelbarrow and will enjoy using it.
Great product easily assembled. Looks strong and long lasting. Nice to see on the box that its made in Britain. Very fast service and response to order. This was a birthday present for my adult son.

The wheelbarrow arrived and was exactly as described. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. It has already had a lot of use. There was a minor issue over the delivery dates, but when I contacted dfsales, this issue was sorted very quickly. My call was answered quickly and follow-up calls were made by dfsales to keep me informed. The measure of good customer services is how easy it is to contact the seller and how quickly and efficiently issues are sorted out. Full marks for keeping me updated. Thank you. Bought for my wife who is very pleased with its lightness and good manoeuvrability. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and like solid wheel, no more punctures!
